The candidate will oversee safety programs, audits, governance, and cross-functional initiatives, guiding teams to enhance reliability and protect critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in natural gas utility operations and pipeline safety.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with pipeline integrity, regulatory compliance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for pipeline safety and asset-risk strategy.
• Oversee compliance programs and regulatory readiness across multiple states.
• Lead improvements to pipeline safety management systems.
• Strengthen relationships with PHMSA and state agencies.
• Establish governance and risk-informed investment practices.
• Develop high-performing teams for safety, governance, and compliance.
