Job summary

Air Liquide in Pasadena, TX seeks a Pipeline Project Manager to lead onshore pipeline design, project scoping, cost estimation, and scheduling while coordinating with engineering, inspection, drafting, and external partners. The role emphasizes delivering compliant, safe, and efficient pipeline projects across our network.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5–10 years of pipeline project management experience; industrial gas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and installs onshore pipeline systems including measurement, regulation equipment, and cathodic protection.
• Responsible for project scoping, developing project cost estimates and schedules.
• Manages the execution of design, survey, drafting, inspection and construction management.
• Responsible for developing a feasible pipeline route through design and construction phase including customer interface, agency, and permit approvals.
• Responsible for cost and schedule monitoring.
• Responsible for customer progress reporting.

Pasadena, TX - Warehouse - National Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.

Within a Center, is responsible for all engineering activities in Project

Engineering for specific projects in accordance with contractual requirements (design, budgeted hours, schedule etc.) by leading a team of Project Engineers and by coordinating with other departments and - if needed - external partners / subcontractors
