• Valid US driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift or carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather.
• Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy, including pre‑employment screening.
• Cleared criminal history and satisfactory reference checks.
• Ability to obtain operator qualifications and complete Haz‑Mat and safety training.
