ONEOK is seeking a Pipeline Operator - Intermediate to support safe, reliable Natural Gas Liquids pipeline operations in the Midland, TX area. This role will be responsible for intermediate-level pipeline operations and maintenance activities, with a strong focus on responding to One Calls, locating and marking lines, supporting damage prevention efforts, monitoring pipeline integrity, completing inspections, and helping ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. This is an on-site role based in Midland, TX, supporting field operations across the assigned geographic region. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with participation in a rotating call-out schedule approximately one week every six weeks. The selected candidate will be assigned a company vehicle and must have a clean driving record. Travel to other locations within the assigned region may be required up to 30%. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience operating and maintaining pipeline systems and related equipment used in natural gas and liquids gathering or transmission operations. Key responsibilities may include pipeline patrolling, leakage surveys, pigging, gauging tanks, collecting liquids, monitoring cathodic protection and corrosion activities, preparing maintenance and regulatory reports, communicating with landowners, contractors, customers, public officials, and internal teams, and reacting quickly to emergency or hazardous conditions. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working independently with limited supervision, prioritizing assignments, using tools and technology to complete field and reporting work, and communicating technical information clearly and professionally. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor environments, including frequent exposure to weather, mechanical equipment, noise, dust, fumes, gases, and other field conditions.
