Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a journey-level technician to operate, troubleshoot, install, and repair mechanical equipment across pipelines, pump stations, and storage facilities. You will follow safety and environmental policies, maintain records, and coordinate with managers and contractors on projects.

You will also handle paperwork, inventory, and on-call responses, ensuring reliable product movement and compliance with DOT requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of terminal/storage facilities, gathering systems, and product movement.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and zero-accident mindset.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during projects and daily operations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and file it properly.
• Safely protect environment, people, and assets.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment; document accordingly.

• Work with project managers and contractors on new construction projects.
• Maintain inventory of mechanical supplies for emergencies.
