Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Operations/Maintenance Technician to coordinate repairs and maintenance of pipelines and facilities in the San Angelo, TX area. The role includes on-call duties, emergency response, and potential relief to other technicians in the work area.

The position requires a safety-first mindset, ability to work in varied locations and weather, and experience with emergency procedures and DOT regulations. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience planning daily field activities per procedures.
• Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to operate pipeline equipment and tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform electrical, mechanical, and communications repairs.
• Provide one call response and manage emergencies.
• Oversee pipeline construction and maintenance activities.
• Respond to Area Patrol Report findings and document appropriately.
• Assist in construction, maintenance, operations and repairs of pipelines and facilities.
• Read station flow and pipeline alignment drawings.
