Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a Pipeline Cleaning and CCTV Foreman to oversee crews ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer requirements. This role requires strong leadership, safety knowledge, and a valid CDL. Ideal candidates should have significant experience related to sewer and storm drain pipeline maintenance, with responsibilities including supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with maintenance and inspection of sewer and storm drain pipelines preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and comply with safety procedures.
• Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement required.

Job description

Working independently and as part of a team in a field / construction environment, the pipeline cleaning and CCTV Foreman provides day-to-day working direction to crews while working under the director of a superintendent or designee.

The foreman is responsible for supervising assigned crews to ensure pipeline cleaning and CCTV inspection projects, meet or exceed standards set by SAK and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned crew members to ensure tasks are completed Safely and efficiently.
• Provide a high-quality, finished product in compliance with customer requirements.
• Prioritize, schedule and communicate plans and tasks to crew members.
• Assist in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, and traffic control needs.
• Monitor work performance and productivity of crew members to ensure customer specifications, procedures, safety requirements, etc. are maintained.
• Advise Superintendents and/or Project Management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, etc.; assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.
• Exercise proper care, maintenance and operation of company equipment.
• Perform general construction activities, including working underground, when applicable.
• Prepare and submit for review: production, safety, time and other reports, as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must possess a class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement.
• Current NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP certification.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to comprehend instructions accurately to learn company's products, processes, safety procedures and equipment use.
• Prefer 5+ years experience with maintenance and inspection of sewer and storm drain pipelines.
