Job summary

Corrpro Companies in Houston seeks a Pipeline Integrity Analyst with ECDA, ICDA, and SCCDA expertise to support corrosion and integrity programs for natural gas and hazardous liquid pipelines.

You will prepare and maintain technical reports, analyze CIS, DCVG, ACVG and ACCA data, coordinate with GIS and field teams, and ensure regulatory compliance with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195. This role requires strong analytical and technical writing skills and five years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in pipeline integrity, corrosion engineering, or integrity management programs.
• Experience interpreting CIS, DCVG, ACVG, ACCA surveys.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline integrity regulations, including 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195.
• Experience with technical report writing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain ECDA/ICDA/SCCDA reports in support of pipeline integrity programs.
• Prepare and maintain ECDA/ICDA/SCCDA technical reports for natural gas and hazardous liquid pipelines.
• Evaluate and integrate pipeline integrity data from ILI, corrosion monitoring, indirect inspection surveys, direct examinations, and historical records.
• Analyze and interpret CIS, DCVG, ACVG, and ACCA surveys.
• Perform threat evaluations and prioritize excavation locations per direct assessment methodologies.
• Support integrity management activities including risk assessments and remediation planning.
• Review field data and excavation findings to determine integrity threats and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations, GIS, and field personnel to validate assessment data.
• Maintain records for regulatory audits and inspections.
