Miller Pipeline in the United States is seeking a qualified foreman to lead the repair, maintenance, construction, installation and reconditioning of natural gas distribution pipelines. You will guide crews, plan daily activities, and ensure safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with hand tools and field equipment.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Willingness to travel across the area and respond to emergencies.
• 3+ years of pipeline field work.

Responsabilités

• Guide the crew toward goal achievement.
• Plan, organize and delegate daily work activities.
• Identify potential problems and implement solutions.
• Enforce company policies and standard work procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed by the crew.
• Communicate safety, time and productivity data to support staff.
