Miller Pipeline is seeking qualified foremen to assist in repair, maintenance, construction, installation and reconditioning of natural gas distribution pipelines. This role involves leading the crew, planning daily activities, and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one.
• Professional or personal use of hand tools.
• Interacting effectively and professionally with the public, customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Willingness to travel throughout the area and respond to emergency situations.
• 3+ years pipeline field work.

Responsibilities

• Guide the crew towards goal achievement.
• Plan, organize and delegate the daily work activities among crew members.
• Identify potential problems; develop and implement solutions.
• Enforce Company policies and standard work procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment is completed by the crew.
• Communicate with support staff regarding time worked, safety and productivity measures, accidents and injuries, and property or vehicle damage.
• Handle minor customer complaints and inquiries; escalate to superintendent or general foreman if necessary.
• Ensure that the overall quality of work meets or exceeds standards and expectations.
