Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician I-III to read/interprest drawings, support pipeline operations, and safely maintain facility equipment while analyzing data to resolve issues. You will ensure compliance with permits and safety and keep accurate records of processes and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma/GED with 3+ years in ops tech roles; an associate degree is a plus. Expect a hybrid office/field schedule with training and growth opportunities at Williams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 3 years in operations technician or similar role.
• Preferred: associate or 2-year technical degree with 2+ years in oil/gas operations.
• Background in reading drawings, data analysis, and safety-focused procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations.
• Analyze data and collaborate to resolve technical/operational problems.
• Follow company policies and operating/maintenance procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of permits, compliance, and safety requirements.
• Complete reports and logs for process operations and preventive maintenance.
