Job summary

Camp.us is seeking a General Operator in Ohio to assist foremen and crews with the installation and repair of pipeline and live natural gas lines. You will operate and maintain equipment at job sites and help set up and tear down work zones.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work area, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring accuracy in safety, quality, and production. Travel to various sites is routine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work in English at jobsite safety.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on assigned job sites.
• Assist foreman and work crews with installation and repair of pipeline and live natural gas lines.
• Set up and tear down work zones as needed.
• Maintain a safe work zone and represent the company professionally to the public and customers.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep the worksite clean and organized.
• Care for equipment assigned to you.
• Engage in safety training and promote a safety-first culture.
• Travel routinely as required.
