Job summary

Encompass Services, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Mapping and Pipeline Design Engineer to develop and review alignment sheets, plan & profile drawings, and detailed crossings for land and marine projects. Qualifications

• Proficient in BlueSky and AutoCAD with drawing packages.
• Three years minimum in Mapping and Pipeline Design.
• Experience on natural gas pipeline projects is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review alignment sheets, detailed construction drawings, including Plan & Profile, detailed crossings for land and marine, exhibits and permit drawings.
• Design pipelines and pipeline maps using survey data and field notes.
• Assemble delivery packages per client or Project Manager.
• Review all finished deliverables with the Project Manager and/or Survey & Mapping Manager for QA/QC; supervise Design staff.
