Job summary

Utility Technologies International (UTI) seeks a full-time Operations Supervisor in Groveport, OH to oversee compliance field surveys for natural gas pipelines under CFR 192. The role focuses on Ohio assets and requires occasional travel within Ohio and surrounding states, with daily oversight from UTI’s Groveport office.

Responsibilities include budgeting, regulatory inspections, team supervision, and project coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Field inspection and investigation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Safe work practices and driving responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create budgets, proposals and projects to maintain customer compliance under CFR 49 Part 192 and UT I agreements.
• Serve as client representative on regulatory pipeline safety inspections and audits.
• Possibly supervise Engineering Technicians.
• Participate on project teams for planning, design, construction and PM.
• Coordinate with multidiscipline teams, clients, subcontractors and agencies.
• Review field data collected by technicians.
• Generate completion reports on projects and compliance activities.
• Mentor fellow employees when possible.
