Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a CAD Designer II to produce project deliverables for transmission and distribution pipelines and related survey projects. The role requires a solid CAD background, proficiency in Civil 3D AutoCAD, and familiarity with Skyline and Global Mapper.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CAD work experience with progressive skill and responsibility.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D AutoCAD software.
• Working knowledge of Blue-Sky Skyline alignment sheet software.
• Strong survey background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pipeline easement plats, permits and alignment sheets using Skyline and Civil3D.
• Prepare project deliverables for survey projects including E & P well plats, Unit plats and well staking drawings.
• Work closely with CAD Manager on maintaining quality of mapping deliverables.
• Collaborate with survey technician and mapping leads on meeting project deadlines.
• Work under the supervision of CAD Mapper III and CAD Manager to supporting all aspects of the project.
• Effectively communicate problems and project issues to the project team and project managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
