Garney Construction is seeking a Pipelayer in New York to assemble, install, and repair underground pipes for water, sewer, and drainage projects. You will work with metallic, plastic, ductile iron, steel, and concrete pipes, reading blueprints and following specs to ensure proper layout and connections.
The role requires two years of pipe lay experience, ability to stand all day, overtime readiness, and willingness to complete Garney certifications such as Rigging and Signaling, Confined Space
A Pipelayer job is available at Garney. To be considered for this position you must have previous experience with pipe laying. As a Pipelayer, you will assemble, install and repair underground pipes and fittings. This includes, but not limited to, metallic and plastic pipe, ductile iron pipe, steel pipe, and concrete pipe for water, sewer, and drain work.
