We are seeking an experienced Civil, Utilities & Site work Pipelayer to join our team in in the Houston/Humble area. This is a full-time, career-oriented position based out of our Houston office, ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow with our expanding Texas operations. Our team performs both private and public work throughout southeastern Texas. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality workmanship, team collaboration, and long term success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Install new pipes around a property using various tools, including transit levels, grade rods, and levels

• Measure the surrounding area where pipes will be installed and cut pipes to fit the allotted space
• Connect multiple pipes by sealing joints using glue, cement, or welding equipment
• Dig trenches for underground pipe installation and backfill them with dirt or similar materials once pipes are in place
• Locate existing pipes for removal using radio or magnetic indicators
• Train other pipelayers in proper procedures and supervise new hires to ensure they can work independently
• Operate pickup trucks and rollers to transport materials to and from the worksite
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Certification in pipelaying or one year of experience in the field
• Ability to perform intense manual labor
• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Knowledge of pipelaying practices and a commitment to safety
• Clean driving record
