Overview

Pipelayer

Location: Front Range - Central/South

Wage Range: $24 to $32 per hour

WW Clyde is seeking a Pipe Layer (Topman, Tailman) with experience in proper installation of underground utilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain pipe, piping systems, wastewater systems, storm drain, and other fixtures and equipment
2. Knowledge of system operation and study of building plans or working drawings
3. Cuts pipe, using a hacksaw, pipe cutters, hammer, and chisel, cutting torch, and pipe cutting machine
4. Attention and commitment to safety
5. Assist and work with others on construction crews

Qualifications:

1. One to two years of relevant experience
2. Civil, Water, Sewer, Storm experience
3. Ability to follow instructions
4. Ability to push/pull/lift at least 20 pounds
5. Track record of performing similar tasks safely and accurately
6. Follow blueprints or configure pipe routes and align pipeline sections
7. Must be at least 18 years of age
