Job summary

Staffccs seeks an experienced Pipefitting Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial piping installations across major Dallas/Fort Worth projects. This leader will manage field crews, drive schedule execution, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Responsibilities include coordinating manpower and subcontractors, interpreting drawings, and mentoring apprentices while maintaining rigorous safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pipefitting experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong background in commercial and industrial piping systems.
• Proven experience managing crews of 15–30+ fitters.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and piping schematics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with large-scale DFW projects preferred (schools, hospitals, data centers, industrial).
