Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction for all classes and modules, starting and ending on time.
• Teach safe and proper pipefitting procedures and equipment use.
• Inspect student work and evaluate fitting projects for quality and accuracy.
• Keep documentation on inspections, attendance, progress, and evaluations.
• Develop syllabi aligned with master syllabi and college requirements.
• Provide timely feedback, mentoring, and guidance to support student success.
• Refer at-risk students to advising resources as needed.
• Support students pursuing employment or additional education with resources.
• Ensure classroom equipment and technology are safe and functional.
• Respond to student questions within 24 hours (workdays) / 48 hours (weekends).
• Meet deadlines, credential standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a respectful college culture.
