Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a seasoned foreman/pipefitter to oversee and execute pipe installation projects. You will layout, fabricate, fit, and install carbon steel, stainless, and HDPE piping per isometrics and P&ID drawings, reading blueprints and welding maps to ensure precise fit-up.

HDPE fusion work and coordination with welders and riggers are required. Required background includes 3 years in foreman roles and 8 years as a journeyman pipefitter, with preferred refinery/LNG/RNG

Qualifications

• 3 years as a foreman
• 8 years as a journeyman pipefitter
• Experience in refineries, LNG or RNG plants preferred
• HDPE pipe fusion/fitting experience
• Strong blueprint, isometric, and P&ID reading
• Working knowledge of pipefitting tools and fit-up standards
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus) and TWIC card a plus
• Able to pass site safety orientation, drug screen, and background check

• Install pipe supports, hangers, and spool pieces
• Fit and align piping for welding with proper bevels and gaps
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, lifts to fit pipe at elevation
• Coordinate with welders, riggers, and other crafts
• Support pressure testing, punch list, and QA/QC walkdowns

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Layout, fabricate, fit, and install carbon steel, stainless steel, and HDPE piping systems per isometric and P&ID drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, P&IDs, and welding maps to determine proper fit-up and routing
• Perform HDPE pipe fusion/fitting work (PN/DR rated pipe) per spec
• Install pipe supports, hangers, and spool pieces to spec and tolerance
• Fit and align piping for welding, ensuring proper bevels, gaps, and root openings
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts to fit pipe at elevation
• Coordinate with welders, riggers, and other crafts to sequence pipe installation
• Perform pressure testing support, punch list, and QA/QC walkdowns as needed

Pay: Up to $44
Per Diem: $178 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a foreman and 8 years of experience as a journeyman pipefitter
• Experience working in refineries, LNG, or RNG plant environments strongly preferred
• Experience with HDPE pipe fusion/fitting (PN/DR rated pipe) systems
• Strong blueprint, isometric, and P&ID reading skills
• Working knowledge of pipefitting tools, layout techniques, and fit-up standards
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus); TWIC card a plus for LNG/refinery sites
• Ability to pass site-specific safety orientation, drug screen, and background check as required by client
