The role emphasizes safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating with the project team to meet schedule and budget expectations. Ideal candidates hold a Journeyman pipefitting license with 3–5+ years of commercial project supervision experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required for pipefitting.
• 3-5+ years of experience running commercial mechanical projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with project team to ensure understanding of contract inclusions, scope, and budget.
• Know plans, specifications, schedule, and budget; ensure crew follows contract documents.
• Coordinate with project manager on change orders and cost capture; utilize prefabrication.
• Develop and maintain a 3-week manpower look ahead; adjust staffing and materials as needed.
• Lead BIM/CAD coordination with CAD department to ensure buildable models.
• Create and maintain a QA/QC plan; ensure code-compliant installations.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and proper project documentation.
