Key Responsibilities

• Assist Pipe Fitter/Welders in assembling and installing HVAC piping and equipment.
• Install hangers and brackets for equipment and pipe.
• Perform general labor, including cleanup for pipe or equipment installation.
• Retrieve fittings, pipe, or other materials from storage.
• Help prepare welds for welding.
• Maintain a clean work area and secure tools at day's end.

Qualifications

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to follow specific instructions.
• Clear speaking and hearing abilities, professional grammar.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs., and dexterity of fingers.
