Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Supervisor to lead piping and cabling teams at the Hinkley Point C site, with options for day or night shifts and competitive ECSA pay rates plus excellent benefits.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the UK's first 3rd generation nuclear power plant, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of work in a major construction programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter Supervisor within an engineering project.
• Proven track record in nuclear power preferred.
• Experience working on major construction projects.
• Relevant Skills Card (where required)

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in building the UK's clean energy future.
• Lead piping and cabling work within the MEH Alliance to deliver complex systems.
• Provide and demonstrate a positive HSE front line leadership role, supporting and encouraging a Nuclear Safety Culture.
• Guide the team to achieve high productivity while prioritising safety.
• Ensure efficient project completion, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
• Transmit instructions, specifications, and regulations to support optimal team performance.

• Must have a CCNSG Safety Passport
• LATS, SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
