Qualifications

• Experience as a Pipefitter Superintendent on an engineering project.
• Nuclear power experience preferred.
• Proven track record on major construction projects.
• CCNSG or equivalent safety credential when required.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in building the UK's clean energy future.
• Work within the MEH Alliance to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.
• Lead on safety and production, championing nuclear safety culture and team productivity.
• Oversee efficient delivery of work scopes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain adherence to regulations, agreements, and procedures.
• Manage project progress: schedule, track progress and issue daily reports to stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (HPC reps, Client) and attend progress meetings.
• Ensure trainees and apprentices receive appropriate experience and training.
• Manage and co-ordinate sub-contractors.

• Ensure trainees and apprentices receive appropriate and varied experience and training within the confines of the work allocated.
• Manage and co-ordinate sub-contractors.

You are a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter Superintendent within an engineering project.
• Proven track record in nuclear power preferred.
• Experience working on major construction projects.
• Relevant Skills Card (where required)

Qualifications

• Relevant Pipefitting Professional Accreditation (NVQ or Diploma Level 3 minimum in Relevant Discipline)
• Must have a CCNSG Safety Passport
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
