Responsibilities

• Plans, layouts, and routes steam piping systems and components from plans and codes.
• Plans, layouts, and routes water and drain piping systems from blueprints and codes.
• Install, repair, test, and maintain specialty piping systems and equipment.
• Inspects and maintains plumbing fixtures, steam equipment, and heating systems.
• Read interprets the International Plumbing Code and manufacturer specs for install/repair.
• Conduct safety and preventive maintenance inspections of utility systems.
• Maintain stock levels and order required equipment and parts.
• Work from ladders/scaffolding; comply with PPE and safety procedures.
