Join to apply for the Pipefitter - REPCON role at Repcon, Inc.

This position involves assembling, layout, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems for steam, fluid, or gas. The systems may include but are not limited to pipe, flanges, supports, valves, gauges, hangars, and angles. Pipe Fitters work in various environments, including construction sites, inside and outside structures, tanks, boilers, underground excavations, and at heights up to 300 ft, ensuring safety at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Pass a REPCON Pipefitter Assessment
• Pass a REPCON Basic Rigging Assessment, or NCCER certified
• Current Basic Orientation Plus (Safety Council card) or within 3 months of expiration
• Current TWIC Card
• Three (3) or more years of experience in the craft
• Experience in industrial construction/maintenance
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals accurately
• Knowledge of industrial piping and boiler fitting processes
• Good problem-solving and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting
• Manual dexterity for precision adjustments
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights up to 300 ft with fall protection
• Visual acuity for focusing, color, and depth perception
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long hours
• Use of PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks, vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots
