Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Industrial Pipefitters for a major shutdown project at a Woodgrain facility in Towanda, PA, starting October 1st through October 31st.
The primary scope will involve working with pre-assembled pipe sections that need to be accurately fitted and installed to a steam tree. This is not a high-fabrication or extremely complex fitting position, but candidates must have the experience and mechanical ability to properly square, align, fit, and prepare pipe assemblies for installation. Candidates will be working in a heavy industrial shutdown environment and may be required to assist with additional mechanical duties as directed by site supervision.
This is a full shutdown schedule of 7 days per week, 12 hours per day, with the day shift running 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. Pay is $38–$40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with $194/day per diem paid all 7 days of the week. Travel pay is available at $0.60 per mile, capped at $800 one way. Candidates must be able to commit to the entire shutdown from October 1st through October 31st and be available to work the full 7-day, 12-hour schedule without planned time off during the project.
