Job description

Trillium Construction is currently hiring Journeyman Pipe Fitters for Industrial work in Salt Lake City, UT!

Qualified candidates should have 7+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of piping systems within industrial facilities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications, including engineering plans, ISO’s, spool sheets, and P&ID’s, is required. Candidates must be capable of determining take-offs and taking all field measurements independently. Experience with coordinates and elevations, threading, installing spooled pipe, fitting, and field measuring is essential.

The current project is expected to last 1 month, with work scheduled Monday through Sunday, 70+ hours per week. Additional work may follow based on performance. Compensation is $38.00/hr., with per-diem available for qualified travelers, paid at $200 per day worked, with a 10-hour workday requirement.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of pipe fitting experience
• OSHA-10 certification within the last 5 years or OSHA-30 within the last 10 years (certification required)
• Verifiable references and work history
• Own tools of the trade
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
