Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Davis Inc., a family-owned organization providing construction, grading, supplemental maintenance, and industrial services to South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. With four divisions and three offices in the coastal and upstate regions of South Carolina, we are proud to offer superior services to the southeastern United States.

We’re hiring skilled and reliable Industrial Pipefitters and Millwrights to join our growing crew. This is a hands-on role for tradespeople who take pride in their precision, work ethic, and safety standards. You’ll be working on a variety of industrial construction and maintenance projects — installing, aligning, and repairing mechanical systems, piping, and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install and fabricate industrial piping systems (carbon, stainless, threaded, welded)
• Fit and align pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
• Perform rigging, hoisting, and precision alignment tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs
• Collaborate with other trades to meet tight project schedules
• Follow all site-specific safety protocols and OSHA standards
  
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Pipefitter or Millwright in industrial settings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and equipment
• Proficient with layout, measurement, cutting, threading, welding (preferred)
• Able to read and understand construction and mechanical drawings
• Willingness to work in physically demanding environments and confined spaces
• OSHA 10 or 30, NCCER, or other certifications a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
