Job summary

A large mechanical services company in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking skilled PIPEFITTING JOURNEYMEN for full-time work. Responsibilities include working on pipefitting projects, installing and repairing systems, and interpreting technical documents. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade specific assignments.
• Perform layout and installation of trade specific pipefitting items.
• Read and interpret contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural/MEP drawings.

Subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Interstate Mechanical Corporation (IMCOR) is one of Arizona’s largest mechanical Maintenance and Special / Facility Projects.

IMCOR has immediate job openings for skilled PIPEFITTING JOURNEYMEN for full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Work on trade-specific pipefitting new and/or tenant improvement related commercial projects
• Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade specific/project specific assignments
• Perform layout and installation of trade specific pipefitting focused items and materials
• Read / Interpret: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of recent, relevant experience in your trade, closely related responsibilities OR any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position.
• Have tools required to perform assigned job duties.
• Ability to lift and/or carry heavy, bulky items, supplies and/or materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
• MUST have reliable transportation.
