Job summary

Roberts Sinto Corporation in Grand Ledge, MI is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. You will fit production machinery, assist with startups, and troubleshoot while ensuring equipment moves smoothly from install to delivery.

Candidates should have an AA in hydraulics and pneumatics or equivalent, be able to read schematics and perform basic calculations, and work closely with engineers to resolve controls issues.

Qualifications

• AA in hydraulics and pneumatics or six years related experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams and schedules.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Fit production machinery and assist with startups.
• Debug equipment and troubleshoot controls.
• Disassemble machinery for shipment.
• Coordinate with Mechanical and Controls Assembly teams.
• Tube bending: hand, bench and power bench.
• Assist startup of new machinery.
• General housekeeping.
