Numerical Advisory Solutions in Freeport, TX is seeking an Industrial Pipefitter Helper to assist in the assembly, layout, installation and maintenance of pipe systems on heavy industrial construction projects. You will identify tools, follow safety rules, assist with fabrication and testing, and help hoist materials using rigging gear.

Responsibilities

• Identify all tools required for tasks.
• Identify safety risks and precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Assist with preparation, fabrication, installation, and fitting of pipe to specifications.
• Assist with installation of valves, hangars, supports, flanges inside piping system according to plans and specs.
• Assist with testing to ensure quality of pipe and piping systems.
• Assist with hoisting loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, cables, and rigging equipment.
