Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a skilled pipefitter to plan, lay out and perform pipe fitting and fabrication in accordance with plans, specs and industry standards. The role involves working across related crafts as directed by supervision and foreman, with a focus on safety, quality and timely execution.

Qualified candidates will have multi-year experience in industrial/commercial construction, strong math skills, ability to read drawings, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards and effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take direction from foreman or higher skilled workers.

Responsibilities

• High proficiency in all related trade mathematics.
• Inspect subordinates work, ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications, explain deficiencies and take any necessary corrective action.

• Maintain positive working relationships with all members of the crew.
