Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
• NCCER, TWIC and Driver's License certifications are referenced in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled and unskilled hourly workers onsite.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material resources for projects.
• Plan and schedule Work Plans to meet timetables and cost objectives.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to plan, specs, and schedules.
• Maintain daily activity reports and safety compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
