Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman for Lake Charles, LA. This full-time role supervises skilled and unskilled workers on industrial construction projects, coordinating crews, equipment, and materials to meet plans and budgets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safety leadership, QA/QC, and coordinating with inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors. NCCER, TWIC and a valid DL, plus 5+ years of supervisory experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications: NCCER, TWIC, and valid Driver's License.
• Ability to supervise skilled and unskilled workers on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise crews; schedule work to meet timetables.
• Manage onsite equipment and materials.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
