Qualifications

• 5+ years construction foreman experience preferred.
• 5-8 years of verifiable construction experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience managing crews and subcontractors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, project management, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews within their specific area or portion of the project.
• Schedule and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers and coordinate with other trades.
• Read specifications and plans to determine construction requirements and procedures.
• Locate, measure and mark site locations using measuring and marking equipment.
• Record personnel, production, or operational data on forms or reports.
• Assist workers engaged in construction using hand tools or other equipment.
• Inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
• Adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Train and supervise workers on company safety policies and procedures.
