Job summary

Structured Trades is seeking an experienced HVAC piping installer in San Antonio, TX, to cut, measure, and install tubing for DX and VRF systems using hand tools, brazing, and related methods. The role requires reading blueprints and troubleshooting installation issues on commercial projects.

You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC-related piping, review plans for accuracy, and inspect completed work to ensure proper installation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC piping and installation.
• Experience with direct expansion (DX) systems.
• Experience with variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC piping and systems.
• Review blueprints to ensure correct installation.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble piping.
• Inspect systems to ensure correct installation and operation.
• Work with DX and VRF mini-split configurations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
