Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
• Effective communication with management and supervision

Responsibilities

• Reading isometric drawings and taking measurements
• Fabricating and installing piping efficiently
• Aligning, bolting, and clamping components for welding
• Assembling and securing pipes, tubes and fittings by welding and threading
• Positioning materials and equipment per plans and specs
• Distinguishing thicknesses and types of metal materials
• Rigging and handling safely
• Operating beveling machines, grinders, hammers, torches, magnetic drills, and a Saw-Zall
• Layout and install equipment, vessels, skids, pumps, pipe, and supports
• Hydro test piping systems
