Job summary

The Systems Group is seeking a Pipefitter for the BRS Shutdown in Osceola, AR. This role supports day-to-day plant maintenance and long-term strategic improvements across our operations.

Position requires industrial pipefitting experience, ability to read specs, and adherence to safety policies. Per diem of $125/day and a $32/hour pay rate accompany company benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Pipefitting in industrial setting preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• OSHA approved Met-Guard boots provided annually.

Responsibilities

• Selects type and size of pipe and related materials and equipment per job specs.
• Inspects worksite for obstructions.
• Plans installation sequence to avoid obstructions and conflicts.
• Cuts pipe with saws, cutters, torches, or other tools.
• Thread pipe using a threading machine.
• Bends pipe by hand or with bending tools.
• Mounts hangers and brackets to support pipe.
• Assembles and installs pipes and fittings.
• Secures pipes with brackets, clamps and hangers using tools.
• Maintains/cleans tools and equipment.
• Adheres to safety rules and company policies.

Location: BRS Shutdown – Osceola, AR

Pay Rate: $32/Hour $125/Day Per Diem

The Systems Group seeks an energetic individual to be our next Pipefitting teammate. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but also to be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Pipefitter Job Responsibilities:

• Selects the type and size of pipe and related materials and equipment, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to job specifications.
• Inspects the worksite to determine the presence of obstructions.
• Plans sequence on installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other workers.
• Cuts pipe using a reciprocating saw, pipe cutter, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine, and/or other small hand tools.
• Thread pipe using a threading machine.
• Bends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machines.
• Mounts pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceiling to hold the pipe.
• Assembles and installs a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings.
• Secures pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.
• Performs minor maintenance of cleaning activities of tools and equipment.
• Observe and complies with all safety and project rules and all company policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as required.

Experience and Requirements:
