PIPEFITTER APPRENTICESHIP APPLICATIONS
APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE MAY 5th-16th, 2025, MON-FRI 8AM-12PM.
Beginning on Monday, May 5th, 2025, until Friday, May 16th, 2025, Pipefitters Local 274, located at 205 Jefferson Road, Parsippany, NJ, will be offering 75 Pipefitter Apprenticeship Applications for the five-year Pipefitter Apprentice Training Program. All applications must be filled out in person between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Applications will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, and recruitment will close once all 75 applications are distributed. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to start the apprenticeship.
To receive and fill out an application, you must present and submit the following documents (no exceptions). Only copies of official documents will be accepted; no originals.
Please have some form of government-issued photo ID ready to present at the door.
All applicants will be scheduled for and required to pass the Work Keys aptitude test, which assesses skills in Applied Mathematics and Workplace Documents (minimum score: 5). Practice exams are available at ACT Workkeys or www.act.org/workkeys. The test fee is $40. Applicants who achieve the minimum score will be scheduled for an interview. Successful applicants must pass a physical exam and drug test, with costs borne by the applicant.
