End Date: 20th July 2025
Duration: Approx. 6.5 weeks
Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Pattern: 12 days on / 2 days off
Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Pipefitter for a short-term outage project at
Damhead Creek Power Station. The role will involve
HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) work, specifically pipe fitting on boiler systems. This is a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople with previous power station or industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems on HRSG boilers
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Follow site safety procedures and quality standards
- Work efficiently as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Carry out tasks with precision and attention to detail
Requirements- Previous experience as a pipefitter in a power generation or heavy industrial environment
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in pipefitting (preferred)
- Ability to commit to the full project duration
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Pay & Allowances- Standard Rate: £24.83/hour
- Overtime 1: £34.76/hour
- Overtime 2: £44.69/hour
- Accommodation: £95/day (£50 lodge allowance + £45 food)
- Travel:Paid at basic rate
