Job summary

Allied Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse receiving team in Fairfield, Ohio. This full-time role involves offloading pipe shipments, safe forklift operation (including boom use), and rigging to move materials while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, collaborating with the team to meet daily goals, and supporting inventory and shipping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Physically demanding role—must be able to bend, lift, and climb on/off a forklift repeatedly throughout the day.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Offload pipe shipments from shipping containers.
• Safely operate forklifts, including use of a forklift boom for unloading materials.
• Perform rigging for safe lifting and movement of pipe and related materials.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
• Assist with inventory control tasks as inbound volume dictates.
• Support shipping operations as needed.
• Assist in pipe repair.
