Job summary

FabLogix is seeking skilled Welders to support fabrication of piping systems and mechanical assemblies in Duncan, SC. The role requires performing high-quality welds per drawings, WPS, and specs, with focus on safety and production standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years pipe welding experience, proficiency in GTAW (TIG) and other processes, and the ability to read welding symbols; lifting up to 50 lbs is required. 1st shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pipe welding experience.
• Pass 2" carbon monster coupon in 6G position.
• Pass 2" schedule 10 stainless 6G test.
• GTAW (TIG) all the way out; GMAW and FCAW in 6G on 6" carbon pipe.
• Ability to read welding symbols and WPS documents.
• Weld carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on piping and assemblies.
• Read drawings, isometric drawings, spool sheets, and welding symbols.
• Prepare, fit, and weld pipe to specified tolerances.
• Follow safety procedures and shop protocols.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance; maintain equipment.
