Pipe Welder - Tig & Mig Required

We are currently hiring for our 2nd shift Pipe Welders! Come join a great team! Apply now!

What You Will Do

1. Complete welding and assembly of complex standard products.
2. Train on 1st shift (6a-2p) and transition to 2nd shift (2p-10p) in approximately 6 months after training.
3. Starting rate is $30.99/hour plus an additional $1.50/hour shift premium upon moving to 2nd shift.

How You Will Do It

1. Perform structural carbon, galvanized, and stainless-steel welding.
2. Perform plasma and oxygen cutting.
3. Weld, layout, cut, and fit parts to meet drawing tolerances.
4. Regulate current, voltage, and select proper tips, rods, and sizes for various welding requirements.
5. Manipulate electrode properly to lay smooth, even beads without undercutting.
6. Use hand or power tools to clean equipment after welding.
7. Complete assembly of standard products involving tubing layout, bending, or sawing pipe as needed.

Required Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Experience with TIG welding is required.
3. Experience with pipe welding is required.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Completion of an accredited welding training program is preferred.
