Job summary

Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is seeking skilled welders to join a production environment focused on carbon steel piping. You will read prints, fit and assemble pipe components, and operate welding tools to ensure quality and safety in every job.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing 2” and 6” pipe welding and passing ASME B31.3 tests, with emphasis on meeting X-ray quality standards and maintaining efficient workflows across shifts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Welding certification is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of pipe welding is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and strong attention to detail is required.
  • Strong math skills preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
  • Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.
  • Experience with GMAW and FCAW.

About the Role

You will weld carbon steel pipe in a production environment, meeting ASME B31.3 and X-ray quality standards. You’ll read prints, fit and assemble pipe components, and safely operate welding and power tools. This role focuses on consistent quality, safety, and teamwork while keeping jobs moving efficiently.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Pay Range

Salary Range: USD $31.00/Hr. - USD $38.17/Hr.
