Hoffman Mechanical Solutions in South Carolina is seeking a Pipe Welder with strong MIG/TIG/Arc welding skills and the ability to read blueprints. Primary duties include designing, cutting, and permanently joining metal parts, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring workmanship meets plans and industry standards.
The role requires a trade/vocational program and at least 3 years pipefitting experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to obtain welding certification.
FLSA Status:Full Time, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Position Purpose:The primary responsibility of the Pipe Welder is to design, cut, and permanently join metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques. Duties of the Pipe Welder include reviewing blueprints, cutting metal into the appropriate shape and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.
