GreenWood, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Welder Helper for the Mitsubishi site in Greer, SC. This regular full-time, non-exempt role runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm, totaling 40 hours with possible overtime and no per diem offered at this site.

The role involves assisting with welding on pipes per customer drawings, performing prep, assembly, and repair of pipe systems, and following safety procedures to maintain a safety-first culture on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years in pipe fitting/pipe welding helper roles (Level 1–7).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety and safe work practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist with joining, fabricating, and repairing metal using welding techniques.
• Maintain and use required hand tools.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks.
• Follow all safety procedures before, during, and after welding.
