Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. is seeking a talented welder to join our Mount Crawford, VA team. This position focuses on welding metal pipe for a commercial mechanical contracting operation with opportunities for growth and hands-on development.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $32.50 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and apprenticeship pathways toward licensure. This role supports ongoing training and advancement within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school or trade school diploma or GED required.
• Three years’ experience in pipefitting, fabricating, and welding.
• Experience pipe welding to code is preferred; ability to obtain welding certification.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal pipe segments using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, plasma arc, SMAW, resistance, or submerged arc welding.
• Weld pipe components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions; inspect for defects and ensure tolerances.
