Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. in Oklahoma seeks a skilled Pipe Fitter/Welder for full-time work with travel. You will position welds, fit piping, and weld to customer drawings, with responsibilities spanning insulation, electrical coordination, and finishing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ industrial pipe welding experience.
• Must be able to pass a 6G Weld test within first week of employment.
• Extensive travel required: typical tour is 10 days from Tuesday of 1st week to Thursday of 2nd week, with 12 hour days.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Position the weld set up, fit the piping and perform welds independently.
• Complete open root welding (no insert) and weld 50 diameter inches in 8 hours.
• Assist the jobsite team in insulation, electrical, and painting.
• Preform load rigging, torch cutting, and leveling using measurement tools.
• Operate grinder and wire wheel and perform other duties at job sites.
